This should go a long way towards solving the controversy. Unfortunately, it won't be available for sale in CA/MA, so they'll get to continue whining. I'm sure Arsenal Firearms would be willing to accommodate those wanting it in 9mm for the LEFT barrel and 45acp in the RIGHT barrel, or vice-versa, depending upon your political persuasion.

(sorry if this has already been posted; I did do a search!)

The gun isn't a joke, but I thought both barrels are 45ACP

Unfortunately no it is not a joke. Why on earth would I want one of those things. Just saying. Looks insanely uncomfortable, so yes I agree with both of the above. I will stick one barreled 1911 and a spare mag.

Not really. The only real advantage 9mm has over .45 is higher capacity. Unless its going to be a double stack for 9mm you'll probably only get one extra bullet over the .45 side. I suppose the 9mm could be argued to have less recoil but in a gun weighing that much its probably not much of an issue to begin with in .45.

This is the best CCW piece ever invented. Multiple threats require multiple barrels.

    I don't know....It said .38 Super and .45 ACP when I read it.
Either way, Yeah...Who makes a holster for it? I want to see someone IWB that thing. 4LBS? What recoil?

I will stick to the original 1911.

I would like to have one just to show it off but wouldn't it be better to have 2 1911's. one in each hand.

I made my own... took a pair of Springfield mil-spec 1911's, removed the inner grips from each, and duct-taped them together. Voila... a brand new pistol. "This is going to open up a whole new market for Tom Jacket Firearms, people"

I hear that you can buy a holster for them already. They are being manufactured by samsonite.

I thought he was going to show a 45 necked down for a .355 bullet. Wasn't that done once?
