Well, the Lyman 49th edition has this load for a 95 gr fmj. I'm using this data with no issues. My current load is 2.6 grains of Bullseye with a 93 grain LRN. nice light accurate load.

    Bullseye
    Starting Load: 2.2 gr
    Velocity: 587 fps
    Max Load: 3.4 gr
    Velocity: 872 fps

    Unique:
    Start: 3.2 gr
    Velocity 672 fps
    MAx: 4.2 gr
    Velocity:901

Hi saitek, I just asked a similar question, here is the thread on the responses I received... http://thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=527392

I have a copy of the Lyman Pistol and Revolver Manual arriving today from Cabela's (best price I could find 14.99 ~ $ 20 with shipping). I'm told the Lyman manual is the one to get for the Makarov.

Also, be careful with load data for this cartridge. Small case capacity, so pressure can be an issue. Stick to the manual recommendations and don't try anything crazy with spherical powders if you go with HP-38 or Win 231.
