A gun, a knife , and a hug
Police responded to a call regarding two drunk men, one with a shotgun, arguing loudly in the front yard of a residence on Central Valley Road at 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 27.
The two men began to wrestle and fight after an argument erupted, when one of the men, the 29 yr old resident of the home went inside and returned with a shotgun telling the other man that "he needed to leave now".
When the man took the shotgun away from the suspect, the suspect pulled out a knife, but then threw it down and hugged the man, and told him "the fight was over".
The suspect was arrested and booked into jail on a second-degree assault charge and was later released.
end of story.
I guess all is well that ends well!
