Mr. Ross,
In the last thread, moderator Odd Job stated:

.... I would appreciate it if you contact one of the moderators to advise how you intend to make good on the latest transaction issue, and explain how the issue before that was allowed to escalate to the point it did.....

Please contact Odd Job or one of the moderators involved in the threads dealing with the transaction that went astray. Until then, and maybe even after, we will not have a Public Airing of Grievances.
