I've always had respect for firearms and have grown up in a small part around them. I have a Glock 23 that I absolutely love and would like to know where, if not directly from "Glock"(Glock Dealers), could I possibly order a couple of reliable mags (.40 S&W of course), and what should I expect to pay for them. My G23 is a Gen 3 by the way. I am amazed at the quality, accuracy, reliability, and durability of the firearm.
Another question. I recently received my Concealed Carry licence I am looking for a nice holster for the G23. I have heard both IWB and out side carry arguments but it would be great to hear from some of the vets out there.
I am also looking into a smaller piece, such as a Bersa Thunder .380, which i hear is a great piece for a reasonable price, the Walther PK380, the small Berettas, Glocks, and many of the Kahrs. I do not to prefer to drop caliber just to eliminate 1/10 of an inch or 1 ounce of weight from the tool. What I need is something to put in my pocket. So I am very open to 9mm Kahrs, Sigs, or revolvers. Heck, I've even carried my G23 in my pocket in some situations, which where, non the less very uncomfortable. Which has lead me to reconsidering the power behind some of the new S&W HD/PD CC revolvers. My only consideration is controllability with their light weigh. Oh well, you can't have it all. If you've got a minute give me your thoughts on these issues. Thanks fellow patriots.

I carry Glock 17 in a IWB leather holster and its very concealable and comfortable. Your G23 would be even more so. Mags run about $30 bucks and that stinks, fortunately their good quality and a holster depending on the material can be anywhere from $15 to $50 Id check out Ebay just search G23 Holster. Should get some hits on something to suit your need. As far as your interest in a smaller concealable gun I would say go for a Walther .380 or if you can find one a Beretta in .32 Auto or .380 they make some great little SD guns.

Budsgunshop has mags for $21.56
I have heard mixed reviews on the korean military mags but you can find them at cdnn. They also have had good deals on factory ones.
Summitgunbroker may also be a good shot.

When I first started CCing, I carried an XD 45 Compact (size comparable to a Glock 19/23) in a leather OWB (over the waistband) pancake holster. This worked out pretty well. I eventually began to alternate between carrying my XD and a fullsize 1911. The 1911 being fullsize, I decided to try IWB...long story short, I now carry my XD IWB as well. I use an MTAC Minotaur holster from Comp-Tac which allows me to change the kydex shell between the two firearms. It works really well and I find it conceals both pistols very comfortably and effectively. I definitely suggest the IWB route.

For deeper concealment, I'd recommend this:

Ruger LCR .357 (also chambers .38spl). 17oz, 5 shot in a Little Bear IWB holster (HIGHLY recommend Little Bear)

Just my $.02
