ime, hanging out with really smart guys and getting to use the specialized ranges many of the schools you listed have, is worth the time and money and is a very enjoyable experience. you get to shoot from positions and at targets that most people don't get to do on their home ranges.
otoh, the folks in the class range from beginners to very experienced and the classes are taught toward the middle. So it can feel a little slow if you're on the high end, but it can feel like they're talking greek if you're on the low end. All a matter of perspective.
but, you never know when you'll learn something new while reviewing the basics.
i'd recommend researching the school carefully and talking to them at length about your experience and expectations. some seem focused on mil/leo and barely put up with average joes. others seem focused on average joes and competitions. some are a lot more physically demanding than others and are more like boot camp while others are like a shooters vacation.
(i'm not making value judgments there... just saying both exist and pick the one you're interested in)
