Hi Gents, Got a question. My son has a 7mm-08 encore rifle, shot it 50-60 times last year and had no issues out to 300 yards. He told me this year using the same 139 grain handloads that at 25 yds pretty much 1 ragged hole, when he gets out to 100 yds. the bullet may strike 3 inches high and 2 inches right, next shot may be 2 inches low and 3 left. He said he cleaned it well using Sweets 7.62 copper remover and shot about 20 rounds yesterday. He said it still isn't acting right. I haven't looked at it. Any thing pop to your mind? Thanks Mac
