Assuming I do my part, which is more accurate? (Range gun use).

    1. SA XD .45 ACP or SA 1911 Mil Spec?

    2. SA XD .45 ACP or SA 1911 Loaded model? (This one I think I know that the SA 1911 Loaded is more accurate.)

    Thanks.

1911s have greater potential, but out of box it would be tough to predict. In my experience, the XD's are pretty accurate. I'm not a XD fan but in this case, I'd vote XD ;)

I would vote 1911, I think any 1911 has a better trigger than an XD, IMO:D

I myself am a 1911 guy, I'm not a big fan of the XD or Glock, just not my style.

If you want accuracy I would say you can't go wrong with a loaded SA 1911, I myself would choose a S&W 1911, Colt or Kimber, but Springfield makes a very decent 1911 also.

They are both capable of fine accuracy. :)

Another vote for the 1911's, but the XD's are "combat accurate" themselves.
