So IMR 4350 and H4350 are nowhere to be found, but the LGS has both of these powders on hand that are on the same burn rate. Which would you pick for a Savage 22"bbl 30-06 pushing a 165gr Hornady SPBT?

I have used RL17 for 30.06 with good results. Can't find my log right now so can't post details. I just recall it working well and have 5lb. jug of it for future use.

I would go with IMR-4350 over RL17 for 30-06. FYI, burn rate charts are kind of like trying to read tea leaves in this respect. If I were to pick a powder simular to IMR-4350 that performs and has a simular burn rate for 30-06 application, it would be RL19. RL17 will also work, but it is a faster burning powder for 30-06 than is IMR-4350 or RL19.
Burn rates are subjective to the cartridge being loaded.

What about Accurate 4350? IMR & H4350 are no where to be found.

I agree RL19 would be better for 30.06 but it wasn't in the mix. Personally, I like WC852 for 30.06 but that's opening another can of worms and doesn't answer the gentleman's question.
