Accurate rifles that cost you little

My most accurate, affordable rifle is actually an air rifle. A RWS Diana 34 in .22 caliber that with cheap Crosman pellets will print sub-1" groups out to 50 yards all day long - with just a 4x Simmons scope on it. At 500 rounds for $9 you can literally shoot all day for nothing.

One day, I put up a 6x6 steel plate and got bored ringing it at 150 yards. LOL

My accurate rifle that cost me very little is my Ruger 10/22 that I bought new in 1978 for around $72, tax included. Definitely prefers CCI MiniMags and Wolf Match Target but will do well enough with just about any other .22 ammo I run through it.

I had a 1980s $35 10/22 from a pawn shop in the 1990s. Loved that rifle, but I lost it.
Now I have over $600 into one 10/22 and lots into the other. I don't like them as much.
