I would say that the logic if at once flawed and then accurate.
For example, you have the right to worship the way you want... BUT NOT WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES....
Conversely, if you have the right, it is personal, and if you have freedom, then it is societal...

The 2nd amendment has been under attack, however according to McCoy, we have the rights and ONLY the rights that we can defend... I would say that we have the RIGHTS respected by Governments that we can defend....
