ACOG is it a carry handle mount or flatop

Hi all,

I am looking to purchase an acog. One big question I have is the one I want to buy looks like the carry handle mount one, IE it doesnt have a flotop rail mount on it just an attachment looking thing coming off the scope.. I do not like stuff on top of rifles with carry handles, idk why, but it bugs the hell out of me!

It looks something like this:

Can something like that have a flatop mount put on it?

I don't think I've ever seen an adaptor to chance a carryhandle mount to a railmount. doesn't mean they aren't out there.

Ok, so in other words this just needs the rail mount to mount to a flatop?
