    Ok

I need some help here guys dont laugh to loud.:)

Been a member now about a month and loving it. Consider myself pretty bright but just now figured out what SHTF means. I know that this thread is not totally gun related but I hate Acronyms some times I need a decoder.

I know that we use lots of Acronyms on this sight to maintain the high level standards we have here and I for one appreciate it but some times get lost.

Can you guys share your favorite ACRONYMS used on this sight and give the definitions. Keep it clean and within THR rules just use different words so this dummy can figure it out.

    Oh and Thanks:)

The THR Library has a section on acronyms.

Edit: This will teach me to check for new posts before submitting.

Here are a few that you may find here:

BOB: Bug-Out Bag. Basically a grab-and-go bag for emergencies, evacuation, etc.

TLA: Three Letter Agency. FBI, CIA, NSA, IRS, ATF, DEA, MIB, etc.

    ZST: Zombie Survival Thread.

PC: Personal Computer, Probable Cause, Politically Correct.

Not in the THR dictionary (Or my only good eye is acting up again):

    SWMBO

She Who Must Be Obeyed; refers to female significant other, wife, girlfriend, occaisonally a mom. Usually used regarding firearms purchases.
