Perhaps this is old news. If so, my apologies. Abramski v US, set for argument before the US Supreme Court on January 22, 2014, will be another surprising grant of certiorari with a fascinating factual backdrop. NRA has weighed in on this one. So have 25 states and the usual suspects. I expect this ruling to tell us a lot about what is in store for gunowners from this court.

Yes, this is old news. We had a little discussion here.

I finally closed the thread because it was getting off track, and in any case there wasn't much more to discuss until SCOTUS rules.
