Where is a good place to get an adjustable AR stock? What are they made in, 4 and 6 position adjustments? What brand or make is good?

Magpul makes some very nice butt stocks.
CAA makes some good stuff. I'm waiting for a good buy on one of these.

Lot of used and new take-offs at AR15.com.

What brand of rifle is it going on? If the rifle doesn't already have a milspec receiver extension (buffer tube), you would either need to buy a milspec tube ($40-ish) or use a stock that fits a non-milspec aftermarket tube. I am personally a little fuzzy on this, but others here can clear it up.

If you need the fancier features in a stock, I fullheartedly believe in Magpul products. Sturdy and top notch!

I also have a Vltor and have no issues with them. I believe they make kits for both commercial and milspec tubes, but doublecheck that before you buy.

I ave a Vltor, IIRC it is mill spec, and have no trouble with it. The amount of storage space is nice too. These and magpul stocks are really nice, and WAY cheaper than a LMT. CAA has good stuff too.
