Regarding Greasy Residue

I currently get my bullets from Missouri Bullets. They have a coated bullet I am thinking of trying. No lube. Is there any downside to this besides the 4c price bump? Seems like I'd be touching less lead and have to perform less cleaning after each range excursion.
