    Hello folks
I just acquired a 9mm tiki from SVI. Lovely gun. However ,I wish I could get to be as reliable as my old sig.
Can some one give me a little good advice please.
Firstly, I have just put about 1100 rds through her. She will not go into battery at least 4-5 times in every 100 rds. Secondly the last round in the magazine would be in place and she would go into slide lock. Either an sv mag or a dawson mag makes no difference. Also she suffers with a fair amount of light hits.
Any ideas? Can some some recommend a fine smith who can give me some advice please.

    Meldrim,GA (aka State of confusion)
possible bad recoil spring or to light of a spring, may also want to check and make sure firing pin is freely moving.
the mag probably need an adjustment on the lips.
also may be some burrs in the slide area
