Has any of you knife knuts used this stuff? It seems it was popular in the knife world and then I guess they went out of business, but now it's back with the help of the great knife maker Todd Begg. I ordered a bottle for 11.99 and 3.50 shipping.

It's supposed to inhibit corrosion on knives and just about anything else without leaving a film. We'll see when I get mine, but people that have used it are very positive so I am hopeful.

I got it today and just tried it on 2 fixed blade knives. It's a 6oz bottle for $11.99 and they are correct it leaves no film at all.

Also says NO VOC, NO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES. You can ask for the MSDS.
 
I like the idea, and it has appeal. I have a couple d2 blades i struggle with rust with.

Doesn't frog lube have a somewhat similar product? I feel less like maybe it does.

Honestly though, the biggest place I have rust issues is with my lee dies that are in the garage. I need this in a spray on....
