RobGR, any idea if this set will fit on a Norinco NHM 91 (stamped, square cut)? Doing a de-ban on one, swapping out the trigger for a Tapco set, and I am looking for an American wood furniture set. I know Ironwood makes a set, but their price is half what I paid for the rifle itself!! I can do some minor fitting work myself, but any major mods would probably be outside of my capabilities.....

I don't know, but I would assume that some minor fitting would have to be done. With all the AK variants out there, it makes for a high possibility. Just don't make the mistake of taking too much off, you still want it to be a very snug fit. A rubber mallet is definitely needed. Take the gamble and maybe it's a perfect fit... You can always return the stock set to SMG if you don't think it'll work, obviously don't mod it then try to return it.

Agreed, Ironwood is very expensive, but they make an excellent product.
