AK custom lower and parts build at 1 place?

I ordered AK-74 Bulgarian kit, US barrell, E German furniture and blank receiver flat.... the guy I wanted to build it out wants $700 to put it all together... that's way out of my budget... I found 1 place in TX that will build me a custom lower receiver with custom serial number for around $200 but doesn't build the kits out.... I found another place also in TX that builds parts kits out for $235 but doesn't do the custom serial receivers. anyone know of a "1 stop shop" that would do both for a reasonable cost with decent quality? thanks, Johnny
