I pass through Amarillo twice each year in June going to/from our vacation in the Rockies. Sometimes stop and eat there. Windy place. Wouldn't want to try any long range shooting with light .22 cal bullets.

    Good shooting and be safe.

LHB1, New to the area myself, as far as those long shots go, yes its a trick. Wish someone made bases to give an extra 20 MOA for windage.

All I know about that area is I went to basic training at Amarillo AFB in '68. Probably not there anymore.
