Imagine if the Founding Fathers tried to organize the American Revolution by communicating via something called the Internet that King George could monitor, censor, or even shut down. It never would have gotten off the ground and most of them would have been hung.

The number of guns alone doesn't mean much without an effective way to organize.

Now all they need is something to keep us from congregating in person. Thinking....... Something scary, that could be hyped........ And complex enough that experts would have to make important rules, for our safety of course......... maybe a virus?

Just remember, the Revolution cannot proceed until the law-abiding are disarmed.
At that point, those that retain arms are criminals and are no longer able to remain in the body of the law-abiding population.

Hope you aren't around any of the 1000+ people that are dying EVERY DAY..not hype. I've had 4 relatives get it and altho all survived, all are still dealing with issues related to it. NOT HYPE..

I’m truly glad your relatives survived.

But it is hype. Just imagine if the flu bug was introduced for the first time in 2020. It kills the young and old. The governments could destroy freedom in one year if the flu was a new thing.

-And hospitals have a vested economic interest in finding COVID cases among their patients. A person that comes in with a heart attack or terminal cancer that tests positive for COVID obviously died of COVID... .

I think that while a lot of the above is true, we are also in a spike of covid19. Reality is more complicated than a THIS or THAT. It's shades of the 'tween as well.
