First of all, I owe bglimpse an apology. I stated a few months ago that the Insight Technologies UTL (M2) weapons light for the USP would fit a Glock with rails, and in fact any M1913 rail. While this is true, it will not stay put during recoil. While the use of this device on a M1913 rail could be remedied by the placement of other accessories or keepers, it definitely will not work with the Glock rail. I hope no one took my advice in this regard and I apologize to all for being wrong, and especially bglimpse.

The story is that I decided that I like the feel of the 2nd-generation Glock more than the 3rd-gen. The finger grooves never felt right to me. I also don't really need a rail on my pistol right now, so I thought I'd trade my 3rd-gen for a 2nd-gen. I wanted to put Trijicons on my pistol, so rather than spend $100 for the sights and installation, I simply traded my 3rd-gen for a 2nd-gen that already had a good set of Trijicons.

Confused? So was the dealer. However, I got my point across and ended up doing a straight-across trade for a 2nd-gen Glock 22 with Trijicons. The trade also replaced two ten-round mags for one 15-rounder. It's beautiful to get what you want without spending a dime. :)
