An LCR chambered in 32 magnum !

They will sell.. 13.9 oz …VS 17oz LCR327
As the man said … LCR 327’s turn into 32 H&Rs
And why have a steel frame with a 32 H&R ?

The LCR’s have better triggers than J -Frames
( better but different)

2 oz less than my 731 UL

What an interesting & exciting year for .32s. I like that this one is bronze in color as that should make it easy to differentiate it from other LCR models for those who have some already.

How many new models does that make this year? 4?

- Taurus TORO 327

- S&W 432 UC

- Lipsey's exclusive Ruger SP101

- Lipsey's exclusive Ruger LCR

Add those to the models currently available:

- Ruger LCR 327

- Ruger SP101 4.2" & 3"

- Ruger Single Seven Line

- Lipsey's exclusive GP100

- Taurus 327 2"

- Charter Arms Professional mk IV

- Charter Arms Undercoverette

- Cimarron SA Lighting convertable .32-20/.32 h&r

There is way more choice out there now then I ever expected when I first got into .32s back in 2022. Absolutely mind blowing, and while I would like to keep supporting them, I gotta pump the breaks for a bit. I hope these are still around in a few years when I am ready to get another .32 or two.

I have a good many of above listed handguns but still want an LCR or LCRx with a 3” barrel. Wouldn’t matter if it were chambered in 327 or 32 H&R. Yet, I am very pleased to see more offerings and hope that Shot Show 2025 may add more. Not a revolver but a high capacity polymer semi in 32 acp would be nice too.

Seeing the push now for .32 Mags in aluminum frames, I wonder if maybe in the future we could see larger size frames in aluminum for the .38 and .32? Basically an ultralight L frame or LCR the size of a GP100.

I'm not sure if it hasn't already been tried before, usually the focus with ultralights is J frame pocket revolvers.

Me too. Been patiently waiting for the 3” LCRx in .327 to actually come out. But this .32 H&R one looks nice as well, especially at the lighter weight. Not like I actually shoot much .327 anymore. It’s either .32 H&R or .32 S&W Long.

The newer production Charter Arms Professional mk IV‘s are now being produced with a Aluminum frame …I made a suggestion to Nick Ecker about producing a 2 inch barreled version of the Charter Arms Professional 32 H&R , he seemed interested.. actually thanked me for the suggestion..
So that will be a “D” sized aluminum framed
7 shot 32 H&R snubbie

You mean like 30 super carry?

A 2" Professional would immediately move to the top of my to get list. Probably a pair of them if I am being honest with myself.

In the opposite direction I would be more interested in a 3" version of the LCR in .32 h&r magnum.

Nice! Would be even better if they offered a 3 inch version as well, the added length is great for burning more powder and extending the sight radius.

S&W did indeed use to make such guns, as part of their "Night guard" line., though they've been out of production for a good while now. https://www.shootingtimes.com/editorial/handgun_reviews_st_unleashesthenight_200807/100234

"The six individual members of the new Night Guard family are the Model 329NG .44 Magnum (N-Frame), the Model 325NG .45 ACP (N-Frame), the Model 327NG .357 Magnum (N-Frame), the Model 396NG .44 Special (L-Frame), the Model 386NG .357 Mag. (L-Frame), and the Model 315NG .38 Special (K-Frame). All six models feature matte-black scandium/aluminum-alloy ultralightweight frames; stainless-steel cylinders with matching matte-black Physical Vapor Deposit (PVD) finish; and 2.5-inch, sleeved, steel barrels with matte-black shrouds."

Wish theyd bring them back, an alloy-framed Model 15 with a 2.5 inch barrel sounds like my ideal carry gun.

They made a 310 NG in 10mm as well. Wish I would’ve bought the 310 and 325 when they were still on the market.
