Cowboy Rick Hamby was our dog handler for the 3rd year in a row. He picked out a pair Brittanys that were fantastic and away we went. The field that we hunted had 3 Chukar, 2 pheasants, and 16 quail, plus birds that had been missed the day before. It was a gorgeous day to watch these dogs do their thing and the birds were flying good. In 2 1/2 hours we had taken our limit plus 2 bonus pheasants. I was amazed that we shot so well since I hadn't touched my 20ga Beretta since last year and Bob didn't get to go to South Dakota this year. I think I'll practice a little before we go again. I'm sorry that I didn't take any pictures. Maybe next time.
