A couple weeks ago my buddy let me borrow his super swage. Sadly, time came for me to give it back to him. Well, I have a take home "work" car and as I was loading it up I set the 600 on the roof. By now you know where this is going. Lol. So, I left with it on the roof of my car. It went flying off the roof with the first turn I made. It faired fairly well. The only damage to the eye was some road rash and a missing "E" clip.
I went into my local Gunshop to buy my buddy a new 600 and while I was at it I told them what happened. When they stopped laughing they told me to send it off. I followed their advise and had them send it off.
Today I got a phone call from the shop. They said my super swage was waiting for me.
I was shocked to see a brand new super swage sitting on the counter. The whole mess was caused by my forgetfulness and in return my buddy and I both got new 600's!!! I feel guilty for even sending it off.
That kind of customer service is practically unheard of outside the gun/shooting community.
I will continue to buy blue and when I pass my blue tools down to my kids I'll know they are getting a quality product that will not only work, but will work as well as it does today.
Bravo Dillon!!!
