Blued guns are my favorite to me nothing better than blued steel and wood but I would take a stainless 686 any day as well..Very Nice...!!!

I am not a 586 and 686 guru, but I surely like my 4" Customs Service revolver. It is not as pretty as your 586, but I do like it!

Outstanding. I've never been a big fan of the L-frame for some reason, no idea why, since I don't think I've ever even fired one, but one like that I'm sure would change my mind.

IF I could bring myself to shoot it of course. Heck, it would change my mind just to look at it and handle it.

Maybe the next time you go to your LGS you might give one a look and handle one , you might just bring one home o_O

If I saw one like that I might. All I've seen lately have been 6" barrels and stainless steel.

This is why we still dream folks!
A similar thing happened to me about 5 years back and coincidentally the price was also 750..
This was a near mint Model 27-2, however no box.
Condition about 98%- I do shoot it occasionally.

Also got a 29-2 8 3/8" nickel in the box w/ papers for 950. Very fair deal IMO.
