I have a Benelli M1S90 I bought several years back that I've managed to keep in exceptional condition while still shooting it fairly regularly. I'm pretty fanatical about my stuff.
Anyway, I must have rubbed another gun against the left side of the receiver when putting it away in the safe, as there's a line in the bluing. It's not scratched down to the metal, but just slightly shinier than the rest of the receiver. I try to tell myself to live with it, but I can't help but wonder if there isn't a way to blend the area.
Any suggestions (other than "live with it" or "scratch other parts of it so it matches")?
Thanks for any replies.
