anybody order a different sized bullet from mbc

i want to get a 240 swc for 44 mag , their Elmer K swc sized at..431 instead of .430( my cylinder throrat is .431)

the person who answered my e mail said to order it and just put on the comments to request to size it to .431 so long as you order 2 + boxes. I'm assuming 500 times 2 which is not a problem.

has anybody ordered like this and was the size correct. i just dont want to end up with .430 sized 1000 bullets.

i already have used .431 laser cast and dardas .432 lead but want to go back to pc for less fuss and mess cleaning the dies..

I just call them when I order to tell them I want it oversized. There were 1 or 2 occasions where the gentlemen urged me to go up or down a size due to their mould

Depending on the size, you may have a minimum order quantity. I have done it but I don't remember whether the minimum was 500 or 1000. Great folks to deal with and great bullets, in my experience. Remember there is a THR discount code (search for the thread to get the code).

Brad's minimum on special runs is 1,000. Used to be he ran them at the end of the day, so it didn't interfere with production. But that was when he only had 2 casting machines. Brad still takes good care of his customers. Call and follow his advice, he will not blow smoke.
