Just finished their 2 day course, used my M-4 AR-15 with open sights. For the 2 day course we needed 200 rounds of .223/5.56 with out any steel in the ammo (check it with a magnet). You can buy it at Front Sight, however they get $180.00 for 200 rounds and at least twice that for 400 rounds.

You'll need your rifle slinged also. Further you can check on their website for every thing you'll need.

Was just advised by Front Sight that I'll have another 6 month wait on that FMK 9mm they promised me for getting a lifetime membership back in March of this year, oh well.

zonzin, as a matter of fact they did, I had a Timney trigger in it with a 3# trigger pull and it passed. The only thing that didn't was my ammo, I had Silver Bear 62 grn. HP ammo and when they put the magnet on it, It showed steel base, so I wasn't allowed to use it, managed a trade with another shooter though so I was able to still shoot.

I ended up with 240 rounds and still had some left over. If you check there website, it should tell ya exactly how much ammo you'll need as well as the other requirements.

They never said anything about it, other than "nice trigger", I doubt you'll have any problem with a 4# trigger pull. I do believe it depends on the RO you get. I didn't say anything about the Timney trigger I had installed though. I wouldn't think that should make much of a difference.
