I have called sig customer service 6 times trying to get my p320 registered for the voluntary upgrade. I’ve been trying since the first week of the upgrade. Each time I am told I’ll get a label in 2 weeks and then nothing. There is some sort of problem with my serial # and I can’t register my 320 online. I have tried random email addresses of Sig employees I have found online but never get a response. I am sick of this and I just want to get my 320 trigger upgraded and safe. If you’ve got a contact at Sig please let me know.
