Archery hunting field rd.

My son and fried shot a hunting field rd. this weekend at the Archery club and what fun it was. Ive shot them before 25 years ago and I forgot how much fun it was. my son has been shooting for about 2 1/2 years and did great. he shot out to 30 yds and im going to set him up for 40. next weekend there will be another rd and im looking forward to it. just passing this on get out and shoot..

I shot ASA (archery Shooters association) for many years. We traveled to different states about once every month or so and had a ball. They have classes for every skill level and age group and I think they even have a shoot in Texas now or very close to it. Here is a link to there site http://www.asaarchery.com/news/ . I wish all the shoots weren't so far for me or I would still be shooting in them.

My wife and kids and I all love to shoot 3-D archery. We try and hit at least one or two shoots a month. Great prep fron hunting season and a heck of a good way to spend a day outdoors with your family. Sometimes we shoot great other times we don't doesn't matter just being out slinging arrows is a blast.
