Arkansas General Assembly to lower CHCL fees.

    To 50$ (or 25$ for vets and persons over 60). I'm super excited about this because my wife and I am on a fixed income. We know a person who will give the class cheap, but the State fees have stood in the way (about $300 for the both of us:what:). If this passes it will be $75 for the both of us :)

    This year is the first time that Republicans have controlled the Assembly since Reconstruction, and the results are exciting. We've been going the opposite direction on gun control from the rest of the nation as of late.

    About time. I have talked with elected officials about this in the past.

    It's still 50 too much. lol. I'm glad they are finally getting some good laws through.
