A goodbit back I had a Ruger LCP in FDE coloration. I traded it for a .243 Winchester Mossberg MVP, Armored Farmer posts his pics of the LCP with the extended mag and how much easier it is to handle. Well I went back to a black Ruger LCP in the last few months cause of how easy it is to just carry, sister got my an academy sports gift card and I went to the store and saw the mag there.... I'm a believer now thanks for the recommendation all that time ago Farmer!

I like the extended mag on the lcp as well. Makes the lcp vs revolver debate more difficult, unless you start parsing calibers and personal accuracy. I thought the extended mag helped my accuracy.

Those extended mags definitely up the ante with an lcp. It almost made a new gun out of it for me.
I'm glad you guys like it too.
 
The +1 mags are great, they're my favorite mag for the LCP, but I also have a 10 round Promag magazine that has been flawless and apparently Promag is now selling them with a grip sleeve to make it resemble a full size grip.

There's also a 15 Round mag Promag makes for the LCP if anyone is interested in the absurd.

Ccw perfection . baseball bat grip . your attacker would see that thing and KNOW you got problems and it's best to go find a victim with a smaller magazine. The little pinky extension cracks me up.
 
Say what you will about that 15 round mag, once you ran out of ammo you could flip the gun around and use the mag as a grip and club somebody with the beavertail.
 
My problem with extended mags in an LCP is that they diminish the reason I have an LCP, which is that I want a very small gun that I can slip into any pocket and carry anywhere with minimal printing. Even the little stock pinky extensions make a noticeable difference in how well an LCP hides in my pocket so I use the flush mag base plates instead.

I havent noticed a difference in pocket carry. In fact I say it's improved since I have more area to grab onto. Do you just have small pockets?
 
I put Magguts kits, from Galloway Precision, in my stock magazines. That turns them into 7 rounders in the small package. I've never had a FTF except one with Underwood penetraters.

All that you need is a trigger extension and you could shoot that around corners, or out the sunroof or over the walls at the fort.

I would say fairly average pockets as I'm a pretty average size guy (about 6', 175). For jeans I typically wear 501's and for work I wear Dockers.
