I'm looking to scope my M1A. I have an IOR M2 lying around and I figure I might as well get some use out of it. I've read that the ARMS mount (#18?) is the preferred method of mounting a scope on the M1A. Does the ARMS mount allow for the use of iron sights? Does anyone know a source that sells it at a decent price? I've seen them in the $175 range.

    TIA

They are a great company. I jammed up the threads in the front pressure point on mine and they sent me a new one within a week. The iron sights work fine.
