ATFE form to update address

Hey guys i recently moved and need to update my 03 with my new addy, i looked on the ATFE web site but could not find the right form. Does anyone know off of the top of your heads which one i need to fill out and send in?

I just wrote up a letter and told them. They sent a new 03 C&R FFL within two weeks.
