Atlantica-merger of Northeat USA and Canada

I stumbled across this site today. It is a proposal to merge New England, upstate New Yrok and the Canadian Maritime provinces into a trading federation. As to whether it is to be just a trading group or more, I do not really know. Please give me your opinions;

I think you want Quebec too. It'd be a shame to leave them out. Take Ontario, as well, because they're so good at making rules and telling people what to do, according to them you need that.
