My M-28 has been gone for more than two weeks.
I really want her back!:banghead: :cuss:
It was sent in for timing and extraction problems. How long does it usually take for them to fix something?
    Thanks.

I sent them a revolver via UPS on a Friday and it was returned the next Friday. 1 week.

I've sent 4 in for various things at various times last three years. Fastest was five weeks, slowest was eight.

Sent a S&W Model 13 to S&W and a Python to Colt the last week of June. Python was back Friday, 7/18. Model 13 still at S&W.

    I was impressed......

S & W took only ONE week and they pre-paid the FedEx shipping container.

Got my attention in a positive way.

I think turn-around time depends upon the complexity of the repair being done. Mine was a simple cylinder replacement.
