I see on another gun board (KTOG) that high-cap mags are being sold again. But my question is: I have an SKS outfitted with an ATI sporter package (non-folding stock) that I use for hunting...is it legal to unlock this stock now, for easier transportation, especially when I canoe & pack gear? Of course, I took the bayonet off...no need in rushing a deer & stabbing it to death- it's meat would be tough from it's adrenaline rush!
