I have a Browning 25 I got from my dad and would like to know more- when made, etc.

    Made in Belgium
    S//N= 149118
Browning Arms Company, St Louis Missouri.

I looked on Browning site and they don't go back to this serial number.

would like to get several magazines for it.
    What ammo is available?

on the slide, i has CAL 6mm/35

If I'm not mistaken 6mm should be the same as any modern 25 ACP ammo you can pick up.

It sounds like you're planning on shooting the gun. Just keep in mind that the Baby Browning design isn't particularly safe to carry or store with a loaded chamber. Keep the chamber empty until you're ready to shoot. You also have to be real careful unloading a chambered round, as they use the firing pin as an ejector.
