Good day to today. Me and one of my long time buddies went up for his first trip to AIM. I feel I may have created another mil-surp collecting monster, though!!
Picked up an excellent condition M39. Nothing special, '44 VKT. Really, really nice condtion though.Stock is almost perfect, some handling marks on the metal, but an easy 90+ percent on it. Beautiful bore and crown. Expensive, but I'm happy.
My buddy picked up a excellent Yugo SKS and a M48.Both HEAVILY coated in cosmo. The SKS is and Interordance import and looks unissued. The M48 is one of the most heavily cosmo covered weapons I have ever seen. It looks like it will clean up really nice.
Looked at a walnut K31. Not bad, about seventy-five percent blueing, and pretty decent wood. Passed on it though. As usual, a good group of people to do business with.

Post a pic if you can.... Got a 100% VKT '41 last week, but from GNA.

I went to Samco's warehouse in Miami once. An absolute trip, seeing that many rifles and having a signed copy of my C&R.

Hand picked my K31 & M48A that day... no M39's though. :(

AIM's packing & shipping is the best. They HAD the M39 bayo, 20 pcs, $300 ea. ... and they're all gone now.

:fire: Missed UPS today. Waited past there normall delivery time in my area, before i had to leave to take my son to the doctor. Oh well allways tommororow.
