Background check question-AZ

If this is your first time going through a check, you almost always get delayed.

Umm... not at all. It may SEEM like a long wait though, because not knowing what to expect from a background check is a little nerve-wracking

My first check took 2 days. All the rest of them have been less than an hour.

Reason i was probably delayed is because i got a misdemenor DUI like a year ago.

Is a misdemeanor DUI grounds for denial in Arizona?

Did you clear the charge with the court??
Did you pay your fine??
Did you do your 24hrs in Uncle Joe's tent city??
Did you complete your community service??


Until the case has been cleared, yeah, you are going to get a red flag!!
