I recently got some old dies that my grandfather wasn't using any more. In with them were three sets of Bair dies. Anyone have any information about them or an idea of the age?

They appear to be functional with a little TLC. It will give me an excuse to get a couple more guns in these calibers if I can get them working. I'll just have to tell my wife, "Look, I've already got the dies. I've got to have something that uses them."

Bair was a force in the reloading equipment business back in the 60's - 70's.

Pacific bought them out, and Pacific was was later bought out by Hornady.

I never had any of thier loading dies, but I have both a 20 ga & 12 ga shotgun press bolted to my bench. Bought them both at K-Mart about 1970.
