Does anyone know how purchasing a gun form a site like gunsAmerica work for us poor s.o.b's that need to have weapons "Ballisticly Fingerprinted." I have found this to be a major pain in my a$$. I live in Maryland.

You would have to receive the gun through an FFL in Maryland. Ask whomever you would receive the gun through.

You could try waiting until April when we hope to have this white elephant of a law repealed.

I don't think CZ provides a casing with any new handgun, so you might have to go the used route.

I'd be willing to part with my CZ40B for a reasonable offer:evil:

So how does the law apply to used guns? Sorry but I'm dead set on the 75b compact in SN. I really hope that this law drops dead. After some research it looks like it has helped 0%.

so a friend in VA could buy a 75b,
decide he did not like it
sell it to you
and send it to an FFL in MD for your collection

So what would the State of Maryland do if you just mailed the barrel and slide along with the fired bullets and spent casings? Most firearms only carry their serial numbers on the frame.

CZ supplies a used shell casing with their guns. At least mine came with one. They also give you this little computer print out that shows you where your gun was shooting during test firing.
