Biden has promised to do so no doubt president Harris:barf: would also, my question is it actually legal for a president or legislator to do so?

Or is it hot air from them? This would absolutely devastate us, no more gun broker, no more ammo websites and so on.

Yes this is political (they are making it so) but this topic is upfront and center with gun conversation and rights.

Not surprising. Biden & Harris want to confiscate ("buy-back") assault rifles, despite their owners' unwillingness to sell them. I ....um ... well, let us say, "I will resist that."
I'd also hate online sales of ammo to become banned. I somehow doubt most criminals acquire ammo that way.
I however, shoot some oddball calibers .... atleast insofar as most gun stores might think. I shoot .44-40, and .32-20 for example. I own a 1895 Nagant revolver which uses a weird cartridge Fiochi provides. Would Biden make me have to go to my lgs and special order it? What if the store didn't provide that service?

Our rights are under threat daily!
