Can anybody recommend a quality gunsmith to shorten the barrel of a Ruger Super Redhawk?

It would help to know where you are. If you are in the Twin Cities(MN) area, PM me.

If you are OK with one of the standard barrel lengths, send it back to Ruger. By the time a gunsmith does a custom job, dismount & remount front sight, ejector housing, refinish, etc, it can get a bit pricy. Of course for anybody out of town you will have to mortgage your house for UPS fees.
