I clicked on this thread expecting to read a lot of rah-rah on this (victory though it may be).

Fortunately cropcirclewalker said it for me.

It is obvious the BATF has no common sense, don't care about relevant law, and I doubt if they have statutory authority to over-ride state law.

If only Wyoming's attitude would catch on among other states... although I believe at least Montana, Vermont and Alaska also have a bit of a defiant streak in them regarding the dictates of the Federal Government.

Pull the plug on the B.A.T.F.E., slap those individuals into uniform, and send them out to defend the nation's borders. Illegal aliens are a far greater threat than the nation's firearms owners.

    needs to be shutdown.

I suspect that if those [ahem] clowns were performing border security, within a week, they would be begging for help from those they used to oppress.

    Indiana could have

ISP superintendant is getting spanked about spending money in ways not approved or intended. I think they took a similar note as gospel without even a whimper.

Not all of the same reason as WY. Maybe if I and others copy ISP with this it might get some more work.
