I've searched all kinds of forums and manuals. But I'm having a hard time finding a benchmark load for 62gr fmj (pulled ss109) from hornady they list a load for 60gr around 23 grains. I'm planing on starting there.

Can someone tell me what QL says about:
    LC brass- trimmed to 1.750
    Wolff .223 primer
    23.2grains of benchmark
    62gr fmj
    Oal 2.200

    Thanks

Hodgdon data says 23.0 grains is a starting load with a 60 grain, and 22.0 is a starting load with a 63.
    24.6 & 24.2 are MAX.

Was it me, I'd use the 63 grain data for a 62 grain FMJ, and not the 60 grain data though.

The QL bullet data file does not list a Hornady 62 grain FMJ bullet in .224" dia., only a 60 grain HP and SP. Does not show a 63 grain either. To run the bullet in QL you will need to post the bullet dimensions and style.

Thanks rc. That's kinda my idea about it but I'm using my auto disk and the closest I can get to 23gr is 23.2

    The 62s are pulled ss109 projo's from high-tech ammo.

23.2 Starting load is perfectly fine & safe.

    Gofer it!
