Let's say you want to hotrod your trusty Benelli M1 shotgun what choices do you have and who can do them?

I've started a list of the modifications, please add to it.

    Lighten the bolt assembly
Extend and reshape the shell carrier
    Trigger job
    Lengthen the forcing cone
Modify bolt so loading can be done when it's not 100% closed
    Ported barrel or choke tubes
    Polish the internals
Profile shape the magazine tube entrance
    Aftermarket recoil pad
    Large carrier release button
    Large safety
    Large bolt handle
    Aftermarket sight
    Speed loading device
Back bore barrel and change choke system

Out of the items listed by double down here are the one I currently offer

Extend and reshape the shell carrier (see photos in other post)
    Trigger job (3-3.5lbs)
Modify bolt so loading can be done when it's not 100% closed
    Polish the internals
Profile shape the magazine tube entrance
    Aftermarket recoil pad (Sims)
Large carrier release button (DMW or Arrendondo)
    Large safety (Benelli or DMW)
Large bolt handle (not always a good ideal on a Benelli due to the added weight)
    Aftermarket sights

The only modification I have done to my Benelli M1 is to modify the bolt so I can load one in the chamber and one on the carrier when the mag is full, and to add a speedloader.
I would consider adding a GGGAZ single point sling attachment and painting the follower bright orange, and add a heat shield.
Other than that, I like the gun the way it is, as I can keep 9 rounds on a target at 10 yards in 1,47 seconds.

Jeff, are you still "profile shaping the magazine tube entrance" ?
