    Hi all,

As a few of you who go to all sections of thsi site know my dad passed away. I'm now going through the few guns he had left before he passed away for his wife.

One of them seems to be somewhat rare. It's a Beretta 87 bb/lb. I guess it's the same as a 87bb but it has a longer barrel. I was trying to find out what they are selling for these days and can't seem to figure it out.

I'll post some pisc so if anyone out there knows anything about it maybe they will shed some light on it for me.

That variation of the 87BB is pretty hard to find, as you saw. I wouldn't take any less than five bills for it. On the other hand, I definitely wouldn't sell it either.

Start calling the high end places, or post over on the Beretta forum and see if anybody over there has an idea.

Plain Jane model 87 can be had for 600 to 650 new. Though I see them listed/asking for about 100 more than that. I would think it's worth at least that much.

Unless you need the cash, it might be wise to just keep it. It's cheap to feed....
